You're Invited to Dinner! | Valentines Party | Hot Yoga

Join us for dinner with Heirloom Supper Club and we are PUMPED to see the vision come to life.

In partnership with

You’re invited to family dinner!

and it brings me SO much joy to be able to write that.

For a while now I have wanted to host a Lime Social Club dinner, but didn’t know how to go about it.

SO!

Lime Social Club partnered with the experts: Heirloom Supper Club.

We will be serving welcome drinks, 4 family-style courses and my favorite part is that this is all at a communal table.

You can come alone, with a friend, bring a date — I don’t care, but you need to come!

We get to celebrate good food, fun, friends, we can learn about each other, make new connections, and enjoy life together for a night!

Maybe I sound cliche, but this is the New York Dream to me, and no, you can’t change my mind about that!

Plus, my mom said she’d come. So if you want to meet her, you should come too.

Early access tickets are HERE — They are $85 for the whole evening on February 17th at 7 pm.

That is a lovely welcome cocktail, 4 courses, and (!!) wine pairings — all at Gather in LES.

These tickets will be public on Friday, and they sell out FAST (last event sold out in minutes…)

So if you want to come, don’t wait!

Get your dinner seat. Come hang out, eat freshly made and delicious food, celebrate life and love… and I don’t know, just have a grand ol time.

I’ll see you there.

xx,

Caite

PS - We ALSO partnered with Emily at Journaling Classes to bring you guys a night of fun!

On February 14th come join us at Mccarren Parkhouse for crafts, drinks, flowers and dancing. No need to be alone when you can enjoy just living! Tickets and Information here.

No Two Paths to Success are the same.

I started watching Breaking Point on Netflix due to a friend’s recommendation.

I’m about 7 episodes in something is sticking out to me.

and for the sake of reality — I know I’m about to boil this down to something that’s part of a MUCH larger equation.

But here it is:

  1. No two paths to success are the same.

  2. Players who FEEL good and are having FUN win. The ones confident and smiling win the game/set/match 99% of the time.

Sure, I don’t have analytics on it — but from personal experience, when I played college basketball — the most fun, memorable games are also the biggest wins of my career.

I think there is something to be said about that saying “enjoy the process” is more than just to have fun.

When you really are enjoying what you do, when you feel invincible… that’s when success finds you.

So, when you watch the series here are two favorite parts of mine to focus on:

  • Ons Jabeur in episode 7. You can see her energy roll off of her while she plays. and she looks to be one of the happiest WTA players.

  • Ajla Tomljanovi in Episode 6, specifically during round 3 of Wimbledon. She had been having a hard time making it that far, but after winning she confesses just how much fun she had and how unbeatable she felt. “felt like I was floating”

It’s cool to see the inner workings of such great athletes. They all focus SO much on the mind-body connection.

And, it really shows in how they end up performing.

It’s cool listening to their self-talk, their coaches talk about their physical and mental health as equal parts of the equation. And ultimately, having fun does have a lot to do with life.

So — I hope YOU are having fun, and if you watch some of these episodes, let me know what you think!

  • Did you know you can listen to some books on Spotify now? I just did it with my last book club book. Pretty neat, and saves ya $15 so you don’t have to buy it on Audible, and its just so readily available! Currently available audios are listed here!

  • Have you ever heard a dog sigh? Whenever my dog does it, I think “What bothers you, my little freeloader?!” BUT! I just learned that dogs do that to help transition their minds from “excitement mode” to “relaxing mode” — it’s arguably a form of breathe-work that comes naturally to dogs. Pretty neat.
