Do you ever feel

Like a plastic bag

Drifting through the wind…..

JK JK - I was going to say:

Do you ever feel an emotion so deeply that you can’t even express it verbally?

That’s how happy I feel post-marathon (and tired).

I wrote a recap here for what I could put into words.

Barry’s announcement below and more!

See ya!!!!!!

Have you ever mailed your friend a potato? I have.

I was planning on sending a friend a little card with HBD on it.

Instead: I like to keep people on their toes.

I sent her a potato with a note printed on the vegetable.

It went to her door in a nice gold box and was delivered on her birthday.

Needless to say, she was hilariously shocked.

It’s a company called Potato Parcel, they aired on Shark Tank a few years ago.

Today the company has a projected net worth of $1.75M.

I urge you to go check out this website. It is beyond ugly, goes against all UX/UI design “laws” and in theory, this company shouldn’t work…

But it’s so weird, it does work. And I’ve purchased multiple potatoes.

Should we launch a competitor? We could ship out limes.

Girls only!

A super cool and innovative friend of mine is launching a new business.

She needs your help!

She’s doing some background research and is looking to gather information from female community members.

The survey is about 125 seconds long (~2 mins).

Do me a favor - just fill this out real quick, please?

  • I love watching Jesse Itzler's motivational speeches and Instagram rants. He has talked about this many times, but he explains the “Rule of 100” and I love it. It’s about being the best in something, and how little effort it actually takes to achieve it if you are just consistent. Watch it here.

  • I started a book club about 18 months ago, and we are going strong. We just finished Carrie Soto is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and last month we read Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid. The cool thing with Jenkins Reid’s books is that they are not sequels, but the characters overlap. I preferred Carry Soto is Back, the book spoke to the athlete and competitor in me. The majority of book club agreed. It had some serious twists and turns. Do you have any reccs for what we should read this month?
